Can I keep my monolid with blepharoplasty? (Photo)

Hi there, 42 y/o male with eyes like in the attached picture. I always had monolid eye's and it's who i am. But i don't like the more tired look since a few years. Is it possible to keep mono eyelids, but take some skin away tot het a more fresh look? Thanx in advance

The caucasian person in the photo does not have a monolid. They simply have a crease which is hidden by the heavy fold of skin on top. True monolids are most common in asian patients. If you are in fact similar to the photo, you can still have an upper eyelid lift to remove some skin but not too much so that there is enough skin covering your crease and creating that look. If you have a true monolid, it will not be possible to remove skin without a visible scar, since the scar is naturally hidden in the crease. Hope this helps!
