Would a tarsorrhaphy done to my left eye be helpful or would it make the asymmetry worse?

I have an appointment with a plastic surgeon next month to discuss how I can make my eyes more symmetrical without having orbital decompression surgery done to my left “bulging” eye. I am seeking a brow lift for my right brow and fat grafting right below my left brow to even out the eyelids. My question is, would a tarsorrhaphy done to my left eye be helpful or would it make the asymmetry worse?

Answer: I completely agree with Dr Taban on this. A tarsorrhaphy would be terribly disfiguring.
