Am I a candidate for scar treatment and revision epicanthoplasty? Not reversal but looking for a more natural symmetry (Photo)

I've had (Asian) double eyelid surgery + epicanthoplasty 4 years ago and my left inner corner of my eye is very open and looks like too much has been cut, the shape is more rounded in comparison to right eye and overall look is uneven with too much lacrimal caruncle exposed - Is it possible to have the inner corners joined or at least the one eye that is more open to match my right eye? Also concerned about scarring that is still very visible despite it being 4 years since I've had the surgery

Answer: The simple answer is that epicanthal fold is gone forever. It is not coming back.
