I had a tip rhino 1.5 years ago but the doctor cut the tip unevenly but I don’t want another surgery what are my options?

So to begin with my nose was very small as I didn’t need a nose job but only wanted to lift my tip. The doctor cut too much of my tip and now I have not much projection especially on one side it shows more than other. Also seems like my nose looks wider after I got it done not sure why. I get a lot of compliments on my nose so I don’t want to seem ungrateful but the tip unevenness really bugs me and makes me think I looked better with a longer nose. What would be my options at this point?
