i have a very large forehead from long time, i would like to have my hairline down as in the picture , and approx how much graft is expected for that. and another thing, im i balding on the top of my head or is it just the way im styling the hair ?for the hairline , what would be the best solution, fue hair transplant? the line i draw on the forehead is where i want my hairline to be , can this be achieved. any risk of doing so ? Thank you

Hi kken03,Your hairline could certainly be lowered. However, you should not undertake this approach if it will lead to a long-term unnatural result. I would advise you to seek consultation in person for a full evaluation.Good luck!

If you want a unnatural hair line (as you describe), you need to have a long discussion with your doctor.  It is something most doctors would not recommend.

It is possible do what you want, as the doctor can implant grafts in any place, but this will not be aesthetically desired. The hairline design must me natural, following some facial characteristics and take into consideration that hailoss is progressive, you family baldness history must be accessed carefully and the final hairline design should be as natural as possible at your age, but also keeps this feature with time. You should find a experienced hair transplant surgeon and discuss with him the best option for you.

It appears you have a balding pattern and will lose more hair with age. It would not be wise to use a potentially limited resource of donor grafts to create a very low, juvenile hairline that will not have the density you likely desire. Have an inperson consultation with an expert.
