Can I hide my chin implant scar with a hair transplant?

Question

I need a facial hair transplant to cover up a chin implant scar. I wear my hair very short/clean shaven so I certainly don't want any fue dots or a strip scar. This might be a weird thought but could back hair be transplanted to under my chin? As you might think, I won't need that many grafts and all my body hair is similar in color. Could this work?

ota457,Facial hair transplantation employing scalp hair work very well. You did not mentioned how long after your chin implant you are. Scars need to be given time to mature before repeat surgery. Transplants can be successfully placed but in most cases I would prefer to do a scar revision which is a much easier and quicker treatment.

You can use body hair to do a beard or mustache hair transplant . You have to make sure they are the Sam texture and caliber hair. It is a very meticulous and involved procedure, but If it is done by an experienced hair restoration specielaist the outcome is very natural.

Beard hair transpalnt is very possible and depending on the size of the area, easily done with FUE grafts.  Many hair transplant surgeons like myself will specialize in this type of surgery (although some doctors prefer NOT to do this surgery) so check out who has a special interest and experience.  Good luck!
