It is normal to lose transplanted hairs weeks after surgery. It may take 6 to 12 months to see new hairs grow out.  If you are losing more hair the 6th month mark, you should probably see your doctor for a recheck.

It is a good idea to find a few doctors in your area and visit them in person. Don't rely just on recommendations.

What you show could be anything at this stage. It is likely they are scabs which is not unusual at this stage post surgery.
