Can I get hair restoration only on my temples? If so, how many grafts would I need based on the pics? (photos)

The number of grafts that you would need depend on the surgical treatment design. I need to draw in a hair line that maximizes the framing of your face from all angles including closing in the temples. The number also takes into account the desire density, and head size. You would need to see a doctor for an examination and explain to the doctor what you want.  How much lower?  What part of the temple?  The fee is based on this as well as the harvest method.

You have a Norwood IIIA class and I would suggest you a dense-packing to lower your hairline (the planning will take in consideration your family baldness history and physical examination). I would transplant around 2,000 to 2,500 follicular units either by FUT or FUE technique.
