I had the eMatrix laser done and made sure to use gentle products/avoid heat within the 2 week healing time I was told however it’s now January and my skin is still red & bumpy. I can even feel it heat up at times. The place told me it’s just an allergic reaction and that it doesn’t even look that bad. One of the nurses even told me that I should go on anxiety meds because my face was flushing....I mean seriously is that a joke?? Is this redness permanent? I want to cry.
