Thanks for asking. The ematrix is safe over your silicone implants. Metal implants however, are a contraindication. Our ematrix is a popular and safe and easy treatment for fine line and textural irregularities
Hi, So, eMatrix uses heat via radiofrequency. The treatment can be done at different depths and at different intensities. If your implants are significantly under the tissue, the radiofrequency is unlikely to reach them, especially if it is done more superficially which is probably all you need in those areas since there is silicone providing deeper support to the skin. Since I am not able to see exactly what you are trying to achieve, or the placement of the silicone, it is impossible for me to say exactly whether this would be appropriate for you. If you are concerned, you could probably do microneedling with prp which has no heat involve, only goes to a depth of 1mm over those areas, and has very similar results as the eMatrix. .Best of luckDr. Jamé
