Dear Mina, Thanks for submitting your picture from the day of surgery, however I can tell you , unequivocally, that most of the fat injection that you received will disappear and your butt will be much smaller . I have seen it on many patients who came to my surgery center for butt implants surgery after their big disappointment from the fat injection surgery that was done by other surgeons and disappeared after few months or even sooner. Few of them had multiple fat injection injection procedures with same disappointing outcome. 390 cc implants are relatively small implants. The biggest implants that I have used are 660 cc oval round ultra soft silicone implants made by AART. The company can make them bigger, but that require special mold, which make the implants much more expensive (about $3000 more). There are basically, 2 common techniques for butt implants - intra muscular (inside the muscle) and sub fascial (on top of the muscle) . The first one allow only small to medium size implants and if you want large implants , it require at least 2 surgeries. The second technique (sub fascial) allows for small to very large implants and is my preferred technique. If your implants were placed intra muscular, you can have your sub fascial surgery with large implants done, once the inter gluteal (between the cheeks) incision heals completely (4-6 weeks). However, if your implants were placed sub fascial , I recommend to wait 6-12 months , to facilitate the pocket dissection when the scar tissue matures. Finally, AART makes the best , most natural and largest implants. They make both round and oval round implants, however, in my opinion, the oval round are more anatomical and give your a more natural look. So, if AART sells the implants only to American board certified plastic surgeon, it is in your best interest to come to the US for the procedure. However, do your due diligence carefully and choose your surgeon wisely, to avoid bad result. It is critical that you check the before and after pictures in the photo gallery, to make sure that they are numerous, consistent and attractive with nice 'S' curve, nice projection, round hips and natural look.
