Butt implants size to best fit with my 800cc silicone breast implants? (photos)

Please keep in mind that a physical exam is always first necessary before providing any final surgical recommendations. Based purely upon your photos, a Stanton Anatomic buttock implant of approximately 420 to 500 ccs will probably suit you just fine.  For reference, the difference of 80ccs is equivalent to 2.6 ounces or a little over 5 tablespoons.  Please read on for more general details on how to select the right buttock implant size and shape. One of the most important factors in creating the perfect derriere with implants is indeed selecting the right size AND shape. I have found the best way to assure this is to simply measure the actual dimensions of the patient’s buttock cheeks. With these anatomical measurements, I can select an implant that not only significantly augments the buttock but also supplies the correct 3-dimensional enhancement to look as real as possible...even in the most petite patients. Traditionally, teardrop oval implants have a 30+% risk of rotation and thus unnaturally change the buttock shape/appearance when doing so.  However, one and a half years ago I created and patented a new "Stanton Anatomic" shaped implant that avoids this issue AND provides as much projection as similar volume (cc's) round implants - I have not had a single rotation problem in 250+ patients. Additionally Stanton Anatomic buttock implants tend to maintain a more natural buttock shape/curve even when bending over - an otherwise not uncommon problem with round implants. This is a huge benefit by the fact that ~80+% of  patients have more of an oval shaped buttock cheek than round, thus creating a much more natural and harmonious buttock contour for the majority of patients. Thus, the only way for you to know what implant works best is to consult with a board certified plastic surgeon specializing in this procedure and have him/her take your measurements before selecting an implant and proceeding with surgery. Also not a bad idea to select the surgeon who has the most experience, the best reviews, and the most pleasing before and after photos.

There is no direct correlation between breast implant and buttock implant size. It is all an artistic judgement in what the patients wants for their buttock size and their body proportions. What does matter is the measurements of your buttocks to determine the base diameter and implant placement location. Somewhat like the breasts a 50cc to  75cc difference in buttock implant size is not that significant.

They key to good results in buttock augmentation is selecting implants that fit the dimensions of your buttocks and can be accommodated by your soft tissues of your butt. You would probably be in the 400-450 cc range based on your photos. It's not possible to say what would fit best with your 800 cc breast implants without a photo that shows more of you body shape. 25 cc is not a noticeable difference in this situation, 75 cc would be a small difference. 

This is all based on the judgement of you or your surgeon. There is not a correlation of ' size pairings' for your buttock or breast implants. It all depends on how big you are comfortable with. You can also place implants in leggings and check what looks best in your eyes.
