Any suggestions on acne post liposuction??

I had liposuction to my abs waist, flanks &hip, 28 days ago, I started breaking out on my face, baaaddd. Also, I wear my compression garment as directed all of the time minus showering, I have a sit down job yet I find any inactivity aka not walking I get so stiff. Any suggestions on that?
