I had 3cc of Juvederm Ultra Plus injected into my small lips and you can't even tell. Are my results normal? (Photo)

That is very surprising that 3 syringes of Juvederm wouldn't create more improvement. I do see more definition in the lower lip line but not a lot of volume has persisted. You do have a very thin upper lip and you might require a lip lift procedure to see a significant improvement in the imbalance present in your lips.
