Its been a month since my surgery. I was scared they would be too large at first, but now I'm regretting not going bigger! Also, if I get them re-done does it still hurt as much as the first time?

Answer: Implant size and profile choices The 300cc high profile implant would be slightly larger and a little narrower than the 285cc moderate plus implants. Usually the moderate plus implants would be the better choice unless you have a particularly narrow choice. The difference between those implants would not be great. You are likely better off not returning to surgery for such a modest change in shape and size.

Answer: I got 285cc moderate plus 75% under implants, but would it have been a big difference if I chose the 300cc high profiles? I am sorry to hear about your regrets; unfortunately, the most common regret after breast augmentation surgery is “I wish I was bigger”. The difference between the breast implant size/profiles that you mention in your question would probably not even be noticeable clinically. If you are considering revision surgery, best to communicate your goals with your plastic surgeon. In my practice, I prefer the use of goal pictures during this communication process. If you do decide to proceed, you will most likely find that revisionary breast surgery will be associated with very minimal discomfort compared to the first-time breast augmentation procedure. Best wishes.
