I had breast reduction surgery 2 weeks ago. I have this same occurance of deep red, itchy, swollen spots under each breast. I wasn't sure if it's normal and I'm just over reacting or if something is going on. They have certain spots that are more swollen than others as well. If you look closely at the pictures you can see.

Looking at your pictures for just being two weeks out you look great.  I don't see anything obvious in the pictures. Perhaps this could be from the deeper sutures.  Best to see your surgeon and get their input. Good luck.

Incisions look very well, the red area and the itchiness could be normal, however, I strongly recommend you to notify to your board certified plastic surgeon if you see or feel any unusual signs or symptoms. I'm sure she/he would be happy to help you and inform you about what can and can not be expected in the recovery time.

The photos don't show anything out of the ordinary to me but to be sure, you should have a visit with your surgeon.
