What happened to Lucy Hale? My face is very similar to hers - chubby cheeks. (photos)

I was just wondering if a doctor maybe knew what procedures she may have possibly done to her face? Of course she may have lost weight, but it seems like it was more than just losing weight as a reason as to why she looks a bit different. Do you think it was buccal fat removal or jaw slimming injections? Ultherapy? What are the possible procedures? I ask, because my face is very similar to hers, and I also have chubby cheeks/wide-ish jaw, but am thin.
