Hi, I am 24 and have very round fat cheeks that hang low (a genetic trait). I was interested in getting buccal fat removal surgery but in my research I have found that it is not a preferred method from many doctors. Are there any practicing doctors who still do this procedure? And if not are there any other options for me aside from a facelift or face liposuction (as both were advised by a doctor that they would have minimal effect on me).
