A doctor lipo'ed under my chin back towards my neck. I only wanted right under the chin but he did my neck too. He took off too much at the curve where the underside of the face and neck meet. He also took more off one side than the other. It looks bad and I am very young! As a result now when I look up you can see the platysma bands and it makes me look old! I've tried botox but it doesn't help. I never had this issue. Can undergo fat grafting back to this area to fill it in and fix the issue?
