I’m skinny fat, and the only place i seem to gain fat is my midsection. I had VaserLipo a few years ago on my upper/lower abdomen, and flanks. I’m still not happy with the results. Although my stomach is slightly flatter, it left my stomach with dimples (that look like cellulite) and no etching. If I combine trusculpt with emsculpt will this help improve my stomach? Is there another noninvasive procedure that would be better? Or should I get a revision surgery?

Answer: And desirable outcome after VASER Your outcome is directly related to how the liposuction was performed. Fat was removed in an uneven fashion leaving you with an uneven contour.Strengthening your abdominal muscles will not change your fat distribution.I don’t think you’ll find Emsculpt to be very rewarding. It’s hard enough taking someone’s smooth even for distribution and leaving it even from Liposuction. Taking an uneven contour and making it even is very difficult. You need to keep your expectations on the low side in regards to what revision surgery can offer. There are no good nonsurgical options. Some improvements can be had with revision Liposuction.Patients who are over treated with the primary procedure and left with an uneven fat distribution are by far the most difficult cases to correct.Best, Mats Hagstrom MD
