What options do I have for my inner thigh lipo revision? (Photo)

Thank you for your question. As far as I can see you have an impression to the middle inner area of your thighs. The first solution that somebody would think is to do liposuction to the upper and lower area of the thigh. In this way the surface will be more even. Another solution would be to do fat injections to the area where the impression is. I would probably prefer the first solution. Regarding symmetry it can be obtained but your thighs can never be absolutely symmetric because no one is symmetric. Asymmetry is a rule of human nature. The cost in my country would be of about € 3000. Keep in mind that this area has the tendency to present laxity more than any other so any liposuction has to be done with caution to not overdo it. From the other hand you must be prepared to have some improvement but not a perfectly smooth surface.

Getting another lipo on the whole inner and front thighs all the way down and including the knees is easy and dramatic results when done by a derm surgeon under tumescent local with the micro canulas.  He/she will stand you up during the procedure occasionally to fine tune the results so you get what you want.  Expect to pay roughly $7000 for quality work. inner thighs probably represent the worst anatomic location to get good liposuction results.Removing fat does not contribute great improvements to body contour in this area.The primary reason is skin laxity and a lack of connective tissue securing the skin to underlying muscle fascia.The best way to demonstrate this is to lift up on the skin on your inner thigh and see the contour change by putting the skin under tension.It will probably show you a contour which is what you’re looking for.Pulling on the skin does not change someone’s fat distribution. It simply makes the skin tight.Another way to demonstrate this is to lay on your back and put your feet straight up in the air and let gravity do the work.The upper inner thigh responds the least to Liposuction and that is generally the area women want the most improvement.It’s unlikely someone will be relieved of rubbing in her thighs from Liposuctionmy practice has been devoted exclusively to Liposuction and fat transfer procedures for over a decade. i’ve been a plastic surgeon for over 20 years.I performed over 7000 above section procedures.I generally do not encourage anyone to get in her thigh liposuction.
