Can I have fat transfer to my legs?

This is a great procedure for you.  I have been performing fat transfer since 1993 with long term results.  this is by far the best procedure for increasing volume.  All of my patients have permanent long term results.  I have utilized Fat Transfer for Romberg's Syndrome (Facial Deformity), liposuction defects, and chest reconstruction in women and men.  It works great in BBL and Breast Enlargement.  This is the best way to increase volume with your own tissue and have permanence.  Fat transfer is technique dependent and many surgeons do not have long term results and feel it needs to be repeated.  That is not the case.  If performed correctly, one procedure yields great results with permanence.  You should definitely look into this procedure.  It can be performed under local anesthesia or IV sedation with minimal downtime.  there is always fat to be found on every patient even with the lowest BMI.  Calf implants are fraught with problems and the implant is a foreign body.  I hope this helps..

Fat can be transferred and with go longevity anywhere on the body. The real question is do you have enough fat and how much grafting will be required to get the result you desire.
