Answer: Inner eyelid webbing- correction vs meddling Incisions that are made at the very medial aspect of the supraorbital crease often produce a slight artifact that is difficult to correct, particularly with Asian patients or patients with a prominent epicanthal fold. Fortunately, with time, these tend to diminish. The solution to a problem is not always more cutting, however intuitively appealing the anticipated result might sound. You may want to consult with a very experienced plastic surgeon who will have your best interest in mind.

Answer: That is you edge of the brow tissue. There is no established surgery to change that. However, this is an issue that really needs to be discussed in person. You have minor issues with you blepharoplasty that may actual cause you to be unhappy with the overall result. You may blame this as the reason. For example in looking at your photograph, you are holding the left eyebrow higher than the right. That exaggerates the edge of the upper eyelid fold. Why is the left brow higher than the right which is likely do to a weakness in the upper eyelid tendon and that can be corrected with surgery.

Answer: Residual medial folds such as yours can be softened with a z-plasty in the crease itself. Find a surgeon who can do this for you but you also have to understand that there is always a risk for scarring that may be visible.
