Is it possible to have only the inner eyelid droopy after botox? Or my eyes just do trick on me?

Thank you for your question.  If the incorrect eyelid muscle was paralyzed with Botox, the entire lid would be droopy across your eye.  Without photographs to confirm, this sounds as if your Botox injections has caused some temporary swelling to the inner corners of your eyelid that should resolve within a couple of days.  Remember that Botox takes between 10-14 days to reach maximum effect so I would wait at least until your results have matured.  Hope this helps.

Thank you for sharing your question. Without seeing a photo, it is difficult to determine your exact problem. First, it a patient develops ptosis (drooping eyelid) from Botox injections, the odds are that it is unilateral. Second, the ptosis following Botox typically involves the entire eyelid. Finally, if ptosis develops after Botox is injected, it can usually be corrected immediately with certain eye drops. Let a week pass and see your doctor if you are concerned. Good luck,

You may refer to brow droopiness ?  Eyelid ptosis usually happen throughout the upper eyelid, not a segment of it.  Discuss with you injector.

It takes 2 weeks for the full botox effect, I would wait till then to determine your final outcome.  Best, Dr. Emer.

At day 4, you may be experiencing some mild swelling of the upper inner eyelids due to the injection of Botox into your "11" area. Swelling happens from the needle insertion then moves into the eyelid area due togravity pulling it downward. This should resolve in the next few days. If it remains see your injector for a follow up. 

Please provide a photo in order to give you an accurate evaluation of your droopiness. Droopy eyelids can be due to1)drooping eyebrow that pushes the eyelids down2)paralysis of the levator muscle which pulls the eyelid up.Please provide a photograph to get a definitive diagnosis.
