Can an eye massager device dissolve Restylane and soft fillers like Belotero hydro?

I just got restylane in the eye area (hollows) for dark circles and belotero hydro in the eye area as well including some little wrinkles. I have the Foreo Iris eye massager device that have sonic movements, can this device dissolve my fillers?
