Thank you for sharing your question. If you are happy with the final results (2 weeks post injection of Restylane), then you should enjoy the results for many months. Avoid pushing hard on the eyelid (like sleeping flat on your face) to avoid compression of the filler.Relax and enjoy.Good luck,

It's hard to tell from your pictures. I recommend having an evaluation with your injector. If you're unhappy with your Restylane results, you can have reversed with hyaluronidase. I hope this helps.
