Should I keep applying ice today and tomorrow 24-36 hours post filler injections? What about aloe vera?

I had filler injections in my face yesterday, cheeks and mouth area. I iced immediately afterwards every 20 minutes for about 5 hours. I am applying Arnica gel and taking Arnica pills. I understand that bruising is normal but I'd like to do whatever necessary to speed this up (get rid of the bruise)

Thank you for your photos. It is hard to see the extent of the discoloration based off your photos. Fortuantely, Restylane can be reversed with a hyaluronidase injection which dissolves the filler. It is best to have an in-office examination to determine if this would be appropriate treatment...
