I have had saline implants (360 under the muscle) for a little over 10 weeks now and am loving my results. However, I have gained about 6 lbs since surgery, which I know doesn't sound like much, but I've been exercising and dieting for the past 3 weeks and haven't lost any weight. I have never struggled with trying to lose weight so I can't help but wonder if this is related to the implants. Is this normal? Do implants affect metabolism?
