I'm 5'4,normally I'm 138lbs,I had a baby 2 months ago so I'm currently 153lbs & Losing it but I'm thinking I should keep the extra fat for transfer, I want a big bubble butt with a lot of projection mainly at the top,Most "after" bbl pics I see aren't impressive to me in terms of size, I want to look like my wish pics , I want it big not barely noticeable results . What dr in la can give me this ? I been researching a lot , just need to know who to go to so I don't waste $

I have done many Brazilian Butt lift procedures and specialize in body contouring.  The amount of enhancement possible  depends on how much fat can be harvested from your body.

Thanks for the pictures and provided information as well.
Based on your photos, you are a great candidate for liposuction with a BBL and a tummy tuck, to give you a nice tight tummy and to get rid of the extra skin, and I think you'll get very good results. 
Liposuction allows your plastic surgeon to transform your entire shape. You can improve your waist, back and flanks, and of course your buttock, to give you a beautiful heart shape, along with the tummy tuck.
In general, you need to be physically healthy and at a stable weight, have realistic expectations, be a non-smoker and your BMI needs to be 33 or less.

There is no shortage of plastic surgeons including ones with great talent in Southern California.Of course some are more talented than others especially in particular procedures such as a BBL.Real self frowns upon a doctors naming other physicians on our posts.If you would like I can forward the name of someone who I am personally observed and feel that's some of the best work I have seen.The amount of enhancement possible during a BBL is not necessarily related to the talent of the surgeon or the desire of either patient or surgeon.there are simply inherent limitations to what can be achieved.When implants are used substantial volume enhancement is more predictable.For some patients the combination of both BBL and implants i'll give the best results.Best of luck,Mats Hagstrom M.D.

Your BBL results are determined by the amount of fat that you have to donate. When we perform BBL, we take out all of your fat; you probably will have approximately 2L of lipo aspirate of which only 1 L will be processed and available for transfer. Out of the 1 L we have to divide it into each cheek so that only gives you 500cc of fat transfer which will not get you to your wish pics. You may want to consider a buttocks implant if this is not enough volume for you. Please see examples below and make a consultation to give you specific recommendations.
