How deep can you go with dermabrasion on a scar from a scar revision on the cheek, which is still uneven ? The scar is like uneven along the incision-line, but otherwise it's looks pretty good! It's narrow and all that! I understand that you don't want to go too deep on acne scar so you don't risk to create scar tissue that wasn't there before. But since surgical scars already ARE scar tissue, I was thinking that you could be able to go as deep as it takes to make it even?
