You may consider a chin augmentation to improve your jawline combined with liposuction of the sub mental chin and neck. Liposuction of the chin area alone could give improvement as well. Liposuction can be combined with J-Plasma (Renuvion) Cool Helium Plasma for skin tightening of the chin and neck produces consistently good results for appropriate candidates.  Thank you for your question. Based on a review of your photos, I think the single most effective procedure would be chin augmentation. Placement of a chin implant combined with removal of the underlying chin fullness would lead to a very good result in your case. Good luck and have a great day!

 The photographs demonstrate fatty deposits in the neck which can be removed with liposuction. There also appears to be a weak and  recessive chin profile for which a chin implant can augment the chin forward. Both procedures are complementary to each other.
