Question

Am I a good candidate for chin and jawline liposuction? I had kybella done two times and it was a huge waste of money and almost seems worse. I am not overweight and no matter what I do I still have a double chin. Now it appears I can see it from the front as i age. Help!

We have some very exciting new technologies for non-invasive tightening of the Neck. Neck liposuction is a great option for patients with good skin elasticity and excess fat in the neck and around the jawline. This will remove excess fat and stimulate the skin to contract over time which will improve angulation and definition along the jawline. I recommend seeing an expert for a consultation. I hope this helps!

Liposuction of the chin/submental area is a great way to improve the contour of your jawline and remove excess fat of the chin area.  Because of the laxity of your skin we also recommend combining this procedure with a technology called NeckTite, which uses radiofrequency to tighten the skin in this area, and this can be performed at the same time as the liposuction.

Based on your photo you are a good candidate for chin liposuction, 
Chin liposuction may be an option, it makes you look younger and more 
attractive with a sharp jawline , and better facial proportions.

The photographs demonstrate a weak and recessive chin profile for which a chin implant can improve. Placement of a chin implant can augment the chin forward to help with facial balance and proportions, and is complementary to the work performed in the neck. The fatty deposits in the neck can be removed with liposuction. For many before-and-after examples of both procedures, please see the link and the video below
