Neck liposuction is a great option for patients with good skin elasticity and excess fat in the neck and around the jawline. This will remove excess fat and stimulate the skin to contract over time which will improve angulation and definition along the jawline. I recommend seeing an expert for a consultation. I hope this helps!

Liposuction of the chin/submental area is a great way to improve the contour of your jawline and remove excess fat of the chin area.  Because of the laxity of your skin we also recommend combining this procedure with a technology called NeckTite, which uses radiofrequency to tighten the skin in this area, and this can be performed at the same time as the liposuction.

Chin liposuction may be an option, it makes you look younger and more
attractive with a sharp jawline , and better facial proportions.
I recommend you to make an appointment with a board certified plastic

The photographs demonstrate a weak and recessive chin profile for which a chin implant can improve. Placement of a chin implant can augment the chin forward to help with facial balance and proportions, and is complementary to the work performed in the neck. The fatty deposits in the neck can be removed with liposuction. For many before-and-after examples of both procedures, please see the link and the video below

 Hi, I have performed many facial shaping procedures, including Chin Augmentation with dermal fillers or silastic chin implants, for over 30 years.  From the photos, your chin is quite weak and there is a slight amount of excess fat and loose skin under the chin.  When the chin is weak, this creates an imbalance making the nose appear larger, the mid face top heavy, the lower face looks short, de-emphasizes the lips and allows early formation of a "double chin".  
 Proper placement of a silastic chin implant adds forward projection to the chin thereby creating harmony and balance to the lower face.  Using the same incision, liposuction can be performed to reduce the fat and further shape the neck.  Excess skin, from below the chin, can also be removed through the same incision.  
 I have found that placement of a silastic chin implant, through a small curved incision under the chin (also allows excess skin removal) to be very safe, quick, highly effective and far less invasive than a sliding genioplasty (requires extensive tissue dissection, bone cuts and placement of metal screws and plates to secure the cut segments of bone).  I perform chin implant surgery in 30 minutes or less, often using a local anesthetic alone.  In my opinion, you are a good candidate for chin implant surgery combined with liposuction and removal of skin from under the chin.  In contrast, reducing the fat under the chin alone by any method will produce minimal results as this can not provide the necessary forward chin projection to correct the weak chin.  Hope this helps.
