Laser hair removal can depigment the skin if not used properly.  I suggest only going to a well trained cosmetic dermatologist with experience.  Best, Dr. Emer.

Poikiloderma  is best treated with lower wavelength intense pulsed light. Most IPL systems have a handpiece or filter for skin rejuvenation/vascular/pigment.   The Cynosure maxG system is very effective,  but many other systems will be effective as well...

Fillers, lasers, and microneedling/PRP can improve under the eye. My patients try to get non surgical treatments to avoid surgery. We use PRP and stem cells there often. I suggest consulting with an expert to develop a treatment plan best suited for your short and long term goals. Best, Dr. Emer.

I recommend a combination approach to deal with the issues you mentioned. I suggest lasers (IPL,Clear + Brilliant) microneedling/prp, and skin care to improve skin quality and tone. I recommend a formal evaluation with a cosmetic dermatologist. Best, Dr. Emer
