Answer: Cheek and Chin Implants With proper cheek and chin implant selection the face can definitely be made to look wider. But when it comes to making the face longer, a custom jawline implant would have to be designed and used as no standard implant can achieve that effect along the entire jawline.

Answer: Chin implants and cheek implants A chin implant is recommended when patient's have a weak and recessive chin profile, to augment the chin forward and give a little bit of width. Cheek implants are recommended for patients who have a flat cheek profile to augment the cheeks.
