Cheek and chin implants to make face longer and wider?

Being an option, chin implants (and fillers) have serious disadvantages, specially in
the mid and long term, patients are rarely happy with them after 5-6
years, all are out by then or later.Consider the chin advancement by means of sliding genioplasty, the advantages are:-lifetime procedure, no more revision or renewal procedures-more natural than implants-no visibility of implant edges during gestures-improves

With proper cheek and chin implant selection the face can definitely be made to look wider. But when it comes to making the face longer, a custom jawline implant would have to be designed and used as no standard implant can achieve that effect along the entire jawline.

 A chin implant is recommended when patient's have a weak and recessive chin profile, to augment the chin forward and give a little bit of width. Cheek implants are recommended for patients who have a flat cheek profile to augment the cheeks.
