I have a bulbous nose, mild rhinophyma and unsure if C02 laser can help with the thickness and large pores left by acne scars. My nose has been getting bigger over the years and looks uneven and bump on the side. Also painful if I apply pressure at the tip. Please reply thanks

When a CO2 laser treatment is done to the face correctly, it should not produce scarring. This would be true for someone with a history of keloid scarring as well.
