Buying additional surgery insurance for post op breast augmentation?

My doctor offered me Blis insurance when I went in for my consult. My surgery is next Friday and I'm considering buying an insurance plan for my surgery. I called the service and it apparently covers all fees including surgery and doctor time if something were to happen with the implants say infection capsulating and bleeding. Is it worth it? I have spoken to my friends who had augmentation and this is not something they opted in to
