While this could be a localized incisional issue, I would be a lot more concerned that this might track right down into the implant pocket. That looks more substantial that just a suture reaction. The key question is whether your implants are in the subfascial or intramuscular position and the relationship between the pocket of fluid and your implant pocket.

This area of your incision should be lanced, partially excised and restitched; It looks like a small suture abscess; However, it could be an indication that your butt implant has been displaced out of its position; you need to see a buttocks specialist to detemine what needs to be done next.
