Little bump where sutures were open rhinoplasty. Will this stay like this?? (photo)

2 days ago i had my sutures removed from open rhinoplasty. Today the crusts came off and i seem to have a little bump were the stitches used to be (see photo)  Can i do something about it? It looks weird!

Hello,My typical patient can blow his/her nose gently, two weeks after rhinoplasty.  As far as using tissue paper, I tell my patients to not put anything inside the nose (nostril) for a month after surgery as there are healing incisions there.  Gentle is the key at this point.Regards,

Your condition on its own is not- in my opinion- a contra indication to Rhinoplasty. Your specialist who handles your overall medical conditions must clear you completely for any operative procedure.
