Hello,Capsular contracture is the most common complication of breast augmentation, and combining that with a breast lift increases the risk of all complications. What you should know is that you didn't get capsular contracture because you didn't massage you implants.  In fact, I can be very confident telling you that you would have gotten capsular contracture even if you religiously massaged ten times a day. That's because, despite what you've been told by other people or even read on line from plastic surgeons, implant massage is proven to be ineffective at preventing or treating capsular contracture. Go visit a few ABPS certified/ASAPS member surgeons who specialize in revision breast surgery. Best of luck!

Thank you for your question. It appears that you have a capsular contracture on the one breast. After 2 years the implant will not drop. I recommend having a capsulectomy and repositioning  the implant.

your implants are in appropriate positions. It seems like you have formed some capsule in your left breast. If your breast is un usually soft, you could have " silent " implant rupture in the right breast. MRI imaging would be helpful. Your skin scars are spreading and hyperplastic and could be improved by revisional scaroplasty. 

When a breast augmentation and lift are combined many risks increase.Implant position on the right is easy to lower and scar revision is more predictable. The acute stretch effect from the implant is not nearly as great  two years later. All in all, not a bad result, for a difficult operation.
