The answer depends on your unique case.  An in-office exam is required.  Generically, rib cartilage can be carved in many ways.  Certainly, a large and more boxy tip can be created.  This won't be your original nose but may improve things considerably.  Seek out a revision expert who can give you an accurate idea as to what is possible.  Best wishes.  

The size and contour of your tip can be modified with cartilage grafts. You may feel the ip is now too small but make sure that any changes leave the tip proportional to your new nose.
