I had a big beautiful nose with a boxy tip pre rhinoplasty. My surgeon and I agreed on keeping the tip substantive. Whelp. It's almost nearly gone now. I have only seen revisions in which a tip was remade round? Can a tip be made out of cartilage to resemble the boxy-ness of my old nose?
Answer: Wanting a boxy tip? Hold on concerned rhinoplasty patient. If you are desiring an undesirable boxy tip back ? we need to see some photos, because your desired look is very unusual. Please provide us photos of your beautiful big pre nose and your post non-boxy tip so we can provide you an accurate recommendation.

Answer: Revision rhinoplasty The answer depends on your unique case. An in-office exam is required. Generically, rib cartilage can be carved in many ways. Certainly, a large and more boxy tip can be created. This won't be your original nose but may improve things considerably. Seek out a revision expert who can give you an accurate idea as to what is possible. Best wishes.
