I had a big beautiful nose with a boxy tip pre rhinoplasty. My surgeon and I agreed on keeping the tip substantive. Whelp. It's almost nearly gone now. I have only seen revisions in which a tip was remade round? Can a tip be made out of cartilage to resemble the boxy-ness of my old nose?
