Can Botox be the reason behind deep vertical lines in the forehead (close to the hairline)? (Photos)

A combination approach would give the most improvement. Thank you for sharing your question and photographs. This may be due to sleep lines, or the edge of your muscle, or animation of your forehead but this can only be determined during an in-person examination where various facial movements can be done. Seek out a second opinion.

Generally, sleep lines do not occur on the forehead but along the cheek. these appear to be lines resulting from action of the frontalis muscle over the foreheads and should respond to Botox. be sure to see a board certified and experienced dermatologist

Hello and thanks for your question. If you can palpate the indentation is the frontal bone then this could be due to volume loss. They could be exacerbated by sleeping however if they are due to volume loss then filler in this area can help.
