Folliculitis after a HT. How to have it properly diagnosed, and when to do something about it? (photos)

2.5 months post-op from my first HT. Getting a lot of pimples in the recipient area. I've been to a walk-in doctor as well as my family doctor. Both diagnosed me with folliculitis. Family doctor prescribed me keflex. Been in regular contact with the clinic that performed the HT. However, I'm told by the clinic to simply pop pimples that form whiteheads and scrub the recipient areas vigourously. Are antibiotics needed? Which advice should I follow? How can I tell the severity of the folliculitis?
