A medical diagnosis generally involves seeing a doctor in person for an examination. Photos on the Internet is not the proper way.  It is best to follow the recommendation of your doctor who has examined you.  If you have doubts or are second guessing the recommendation, you should make an appointment with another doctor for an examination.

Folliculitis post hair transplant can occur. If it does occur it can be treated with acne medications steriods.

If you are seeing pimples at this stage and lots of them, go back and see your doctor as it might reflect an infection. Most of the time these pimples can be treated with warm soaks a few times each day if there is no infection present.
