7 weeks post op Eyebrow transplant, there is redness and irregularity. Is this normal?

Does the skin where eyebrow transplants have been placed ever go back to how it looked before. Its been 7 weeks and the transplanted hairs have shed as expected, but now I have redness where the micro incisions were and "pitting" I don't have any pimples but the skin is not smooth like it was before. I am very concerned, will it ever look how it did before or is this permanent scarring?

There is always flexibility for each case.  What may seem like little work may be more than you may think in terms of set up and time.  There is usually a minimal fee.  If you look around I'm sure you'll find a doctor who will do it for much less.  Focus on results, not so...

It can range from low $1000s to over $5000.  Some patients will end up wanting a follow up surgery for touch up or fullness.Some doctors charge a flat fee.Some doctors charge by the graft.Some doctors will do the touch up surgery for free or much lower fee.Some doctors will do the touch up...

A bad eyebrow surgery is permanent, but you can always pluck out the eyebrow hairs you don't like.  There is no way to fix it.  Only other way may be to remove it and do another surgery.

You appear to be a good candidate for eyebrow transplant. We would need to examine your donor hair as the hairs from your scalp would need to match your eyebrows

Alopecia just means hair loss. It isn't a diagnosis.  Perhaps you have alopecia areata?  You may want a second opinion

When your eyebrow transplants grow, you can pluck them to reshape them.  But over plucking will cause permanent hair loss.
