I had too much fat put back into my butt and hips during my BBL; can I have some of it removed?

    This can certainly be done, but it does take an experienced surgeon to perform this procedure and not create skin laxity.

Then i recommend you to be patient and wait a little bit, because part of the fat would be absorbed by the body and also the swallow takes time to go away.Keep in touch with your plastic surgeon and tell him/her about your concerns.Good luck :)

I will recommend that you wait at least 6 months before having another surgery.   As we know a pretty good percentage of the will go away.   After all doing lipo to a BBL and not leave dents or irregularities will be difficult. 

30-50 percent of the fat injected for a BBL will reabsorb/not survive. A decease in the volume will be noted in the first six months to one year. Treating with liposuction before this time is premature and may undo all the gains made with BBL. It's one thing to liposuction a rounded shape to flat. It's a whole different thing and requires a specialized skill set to liposuction a rounded area of the body and still leave it rounded but smaller. May be best to just leave well enough alone.
