If you gain to much weight or if you stay in a reasonable weight, if you do or not exercises, and your body system.So, the best thing is to be the healthier you can to keep your surgery results, your future baby health and your own health.Good luck :)

Having a baby may "mess" with your abdomen but it should not impact your buttocks too  much. I suppose that if you gain a lot of weight during pregnancy it might stretch out your buttocks a bit.
