My understanding is that arnica and bromelain inhibit the inflammatory response (which is why they are often recommended post-procedure) and that the way Clear + Brilliant works is by stimulating the inflammatory response. So does taking arnica or bromelain around the time of a Clear + Brilliant treatment, prevent maximum results? If so, how long should one wait before taking arnica or bromelain after a Clear + Brilliant treatment?
