Acne is not related to male pattern balding.  Masturbation is also not the cause.  You may want to see a doctor for a better understanding of your hair loss rather than speculate on non-related issues.

You need an examination for a better understanding of why you are losing hair. The Internet will only give you generalizations.  If you have DUPA you would not be a transplant candidate.

This is called Traction Alopecia. This is resulted from the Hair weave. You may want to seek interest in a hair transplant to solve this. I would suggest seeing a hair loss expert in your area to see if you are a candidate for a transplant and what would be best for you.

Minoxidil and finateride are the only medication that can treat hair loss in men.  It would be best to follow up with your doctor for your next step.

If you have telogen effluvium it will subside eventually and you will have regrowth.  In some cases it is not completely reversed.  Everyone is different.
