After lipo - the compression garment on my thighs have caused dents on my inner thighs- will it stay like this?

It's been about 4 days since surgery, I had liposuction of the inner thighs and outer thighs- and stomach to put in my butt. My butt looks like a good shape but concerned re my inner thighs and outer really, they don't look smooth but I can tell it was from where the garment pushed down on it.. my legs are still swollen but my legs almost look a little jelly like and the indents look so permanent to me it's hard to imagine it going away
