After lipo - the compression garment on my thighs have caused dents on my inner thighs- will it stay like this?

water18.  I understand your concern, but way too early to worry.  Maybe that is the reason your surgeon asked you to remove the garment after day 1? (See previous question) Healing and recovery after liposuction takes at least 3-6 months, so try to stay patient.  Good luck!

I recommend following up with your Doctor to make sure your compression garment fits correctly. I have my clients wear customized compression after liposuction. For liposuction after care, I recommend adding hyperbaric oxygen and lymphatic massage along with your compression to help decrease swelling. To improve your final results, I also recommend adding vanquish for further fat removal, exilis/venus legacy for skin tightening, cellutone/z wave to make the skin smooth, remove scar tissue, and improve the skin’s appearance. At 4 days postop you are really early in recovery. It is not unusual to have irregular swelling and contours can look a little odd at this point. If there is truly an excessive pressure point between your garment or a crease that the garment is creating, have your surgeon look at the area as you may need a different garment or an adjustment to the current one. Swelling can sometimes be helped by lymphatic massage as well, in order to milk out excess fluid and try to smooth irregularities. Surgeons are split as to whether they believe that lymphatic massage really makes a difference.
