I have a hard vertical painful line on my ribs after liposuction, is this a concern?

Hello! I had liposuction 6 days ago. Of course I am still in a lot of paiand when I walk the rubbing from me garment doesn’t make that feel any better. Las night before I got in the shower I started feeling around in my tummy and felt a hard vertical line on my ledt rib cage right under my boob next to my diaphragm. I’m very concerned that maybe I have a hernia there or something got damaged during my procedure?!
