I'm still feeling sick and lightheaded after liposuction -- should I be concerned?

7 days out from lipo and I'm feeling run down, nauseous, lightheaded and headache. Belly swelling is back also and making me feel worse. Is this normal, could it be anemia or just body still recovering from the surgery? Staying hydrated and taking iron supplements just in case.

Jesskaashley.  I understand you are nervous after surgery, but it sounds like normal discomfort and swelling and early temporary scar formation after Liposuction.  Followup with your surgeon, but try to stay patient and these problems should resolve over the next several weeks.  Good luck!

Thank you for your question I personally do not use drains for liposuction, but every surgeon has different protocols. Consult with a board certified PS best of luck.
